SOTKAnet further increases the range of content for social and health care data

SOTKAnet now also includes the data previously found in the Municipal Database for Social and Health Statistics, maintained by STAKES. The newly expanded data content - a total of 1700 indicators - covers a significant amount of completely new information derived not only from STAKES' own material but also from other major data providers in social and health care. The new statistical data cover a wide range of topics, including population, families, housing, morbidity, mortality, municipal finances, service use, entitlement to special refunds on medicines, and in- and outpatient health care.

The data content and metadata descriptions will be further complemented during the autumn.
