Settings in Internet Explorer 7
In Internet Explorer, you access the settings via the browser's menu bar at the top of your screen by selecting Tools> Internet options> appropriate tab. To enable printing of background colours and images, go to the "Advanced" tab (Picture 1).

Internet Explorer enables cookies by default. If necessary, you can use a blacklist to permanently block cookies of specified websites. To view and manage blocked cookies, go to Tools> Internet options> Privacy (Picture 2), and click on "Sites".

To access the security settings in Internet Explorer, click on the "Security" tab (Picture 3) and select "Custom level". You need to enable "Active scripting" (Picture 4) to enable JavaScript, and "File download" and "Automatic prompting for file download" (Picture 5) to enable file download.
